HOW TO APPLY:

1. If there is an agreement between the School of International Relations of St. Petersburg University and your Home University please see below how to apply:

Application for non-degree students (student"s exchange programme)
 

Application form for Residence Hall 

Application form for Invitation letter

Arrival Information Sheet (ðóñ - àíãë)

Filled in application forms with your signature you have to send by e-mail to the International Office of the School: bugriy@mail.sir.edu, exchange coordinator Tatyana Bugriy.

Along with the mentioned application forms please send us the following documents:
- Copy of your current academic transcript (translated into Russian or English)
- CV/Resume
- Copy of your national passport 

2.If there is agreement between St. Petersburg University and your Home University please contact the Head of the Department of International Affairs of the St.Petersburg  University- Mr Konstantin Platonov: tel/fax: 7 (812) 328-75-62, e-mail: platonov@ir.pu.ru

3.If there isn’t agreement between St. Petersburg University and your Home University you may come on a contract basis please see below how to apply:

Deadlines:
Application for Fall Semester:
1.By e-mail till 15th of June
2. By post till 1st of August

Application for Spring Semester:
1. By e-mail till 15th of November
2. By post till 1st of January

Dates of Arrival*:
For Fall Semester 20th of August –
10th of September
For Spring Semester
10th-20th of
February

* Please note, that if you arrive before or after the mentioned dates we won’t be able to provide you with accommodation in the Residence Hall. If you are still planning to arrive late and have valuable reasons for that please inform the International Office of the School in written form.
