FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

 What technical equipment will be available during the Convention?

Assembly Hall of the School for approximately 200 people is equipped with:

  • microphones;
  • notebook;
  • whiteboard;
  • projector,
  • euqipment for simultaneous translation.

All rooms for panels will be equipped with presentation equipment (notebook, projector or TV) to show the power point presentations.

Other special equipment might be available upon request.


Will there be some offices, e-mail facilities for the participants available?

Yes, one of the rooms of SIR will be specially equipped for those needs.


Is there any cafeteria at SIR and places to have lunch in proximity?

There is one cafeteria at SIR, that can accommodate about 40 people at a time and is perfect for a quick snack or coffee.

There is a great variety of cafes and restaurants in 10-15 minutes walk distance from SIR.

For example:

Restaurant “Shalyapin” (Russian and European Cuisine) – Tverskaya street 12
Restaurant “Banzay” (Japanese and European Cuisine) – Suvorovskiy prospect 51
Restaurant “Francesco” (Italian cuisine) – Suvorovskiy prospect 47
Restaurant “Steak House” – Suvorovskiy prospect 36
Restaurant “Amadeus” (European cuisine) – Suvorovskiy prospect 34
 

A number of restaurants a cafes of Russian, European and Japanese cuisine, are located at prospect Chernyshevskogo.
